**Well, a few days ago, I was making rounds at one of the 2 hospitals I go to, and I saw this difficult patient's chart on the desk, and she had just had her second delivery with another doctor!

I guess she decided to go elsewhere. My ego hopes it was due to insurance (I should have peeked at her chart), but I bet she just wanted a different doctor. Frankly, as much as one hates to lose patients, and as much at it wounds the old pride a bit, I wasn't upset, and, in fact, my office staff who knew her well responded in unison, "Good riddance."

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
