Total thyroidectomy and pregnancy

Young patient,26 years of age,who underwent total thyroidectomy (due to pappillary carcinoma)one year ago is pregnant. Now she is on thyroxine replacement therapy.Are there any special measures needed to be taken for the best of the pregnancy? Is there any need of special tests to be done?
