For all ObGynNet listers going to the 'alter' in Chicago next week: 1. Goodluck! 2. Let's all help out by posting one or two questions [or more if your grey cells are still active -:)] we remember being asked during our own 'ordeal'. My contribution:- 1. At what estimated fetal weight would I definitely do a c/s? (The examiner wouldn't let up - he wanted me to commit to a particular number, and I refused to commit to any particular weight given the almost infinite number of undefined variables, etc etc 2. Commonest translocation associated with Downs. This question came up during a discussion on trisomies. 3. Course of the ureter; points of likely injury; methods of repair - pros and cons of the different techniques e.g. Psoas muscle hitch, end to end anast., Boari flap, etc. A. Harakh, MD, FACOG.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
