As I remember, if the confidence interval comes "across" value 1.00 as shown above, the OR (or RR) are NOT statistically significant because the real result can be ANYWERE inside the interval.

So, I don't understand the point in comparing an established SIGNIFICANT OR with an unsignificant result !
