To leave the fusion means to have after several years solid accretion of the Labia minora. I have seen 12 y.o. girl with severe urinary tract infection and 1,5 cm urinary blader wall, due to very old synechia with a very very small orifice. I have operated the girl - anaesthesia, electroknife etc. If it was several years ago - everything would be much easier. And without urinary infection. Best regards

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
