>Let me see if I got this straight. The 1st HCG was 144, then 2 days Dan: See the above, and pardon me if I don't have the exact dates, as this was from memory. She went from about 150 to 150 in 2 days, and then in 3 days to 250; thus, combined with a low progesterone, it clearly was an abnormal HCG rise, and I believe that the diagnosis was correct. I agree with you that if in doubt, observation is called for. Garry
