Delivered fine past it. At anesthesia for PPTL cystoscopy revealed (and drained) urethral diverticulum. Was sent to the urologist who could not find neck at cystoscopy and advised her to return if symptomatic. She reappeared yesterday (four months postpartum) very symptomatic with 6-7 cm recurrence prolapsing like a large cystocele.
