I had a similar presentation: anterior vaginal cyst present at term not noted previously (only 4cm though). Delivered fine past it. At anesthesia for PPTL cystoscopy revealed (and drained) urethral diverticulum. Was sent to the urologist who could not find neck at cystoscopy and advised her to return if symptomatic. She reappeared yesterday (four months postpartum) very symptomatic with 6-7 cm recurrence prolapsing like a large cystocele. Rocking it back and forth with the examining hand produced some urine and decreased size/symptoms but she's back to the urologist monday.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
