In a lady with an invasive the VB Vs C/S fight is futile. This lady will have a laparotomy anyway, so... I had one last year Normal cervix at the beginning of the pregnancy (reported by her ObGyn). She came at 30 w for post coital bleeding. It was an invasive. We waited six weeks, with steroids, and then I did a C/S and a Wertheim at the same time. Then she had radiation therapy. At 36 w an induction is very often hard to shedule, well not to scheduel but to achieve. C.U.L.
