Geff- For the few patients with severe dysphoria who require medications, I first try Prozac 20mg p.o. during the last 14 days of the month. Some require it daily for 30 days per month. Whether it's the medication or placebo effect, I have found a dramatic improvement in the 15 or so patients I have used this with. Ashley D. Ashley Hill,M.D. dahmd@gate.net Orlando, FL

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
