Hi, This may be a stretch for this list, but I have seen *great* results from using a "grief remedy* (homeopathic), Ignatia 30x. I recently tried it on a 14week IUFD, confirmed by u/s at 12weeks. She was refusing D&C, and I was getting very concerned about the risks. Within 4 hours of taking this remedy she began cramping and spotting, passed conception tissue within 10hours.

The great thing about homeopathic remedies is, if it doesn't work it causes no harm, and if it does work it works well.
