I use the same regimen Laurie uses, which therefore makes me smart :) My partners and I have tried this on roughly 8 patients with a diagnosis of blighted ovum or first-trimester fetal demise and closed cervices, with about 5 completely delivering tissue, 1 partially delivering, and 2 not delivering anything. Interestinly, it's the OB doctors and nurses I care for that seem to ask for this. Ashley D. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
