I completely agree. I have done CS for this in the past, and most women with an CS without labor probably have a recovery BETTER than a 2nd fistula repair. Our local Colorectal expert in portland thinks delivery of any size infant through prior rpair puts the patient at risk for recurrance.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
