As long as there is some steady decline and the pt is asymptomatic I might have continued to follow her titers after the first dose. Now that you have given her a second (and apprpriate for surface area) dose I would expect that the BHCG levels would continue to decline. Check again on day 4 after this dose and on day 7. Even if day 4 levels aren't down much, day 7 levels should be. Be patient! Jay A.
