Yes. Complete resection. You have to go in the muscle to destroy (or resect) the glands. You see quite well when you are in the myometrium. Until you are not in the muscle you don't do more than a mere D&C. The problem is near the tubal ostia where the perforation risk is great. Some authors use rollerballs at this level. I don't trust it. It's as dangerous for me. I just go as near of the ostia as I can. And the effect is perfect.
