Localized pain cva to percussion. Abdomen soft. No masses. Decreased breath sounds both fields. Pain started on a wednesday admitted friday, home on monday doing better, returned thursday night with excruciating pain, better by saturday and home on Sunday. Seen today (monday) in office pain gone. Pain on and off for about 12 days.
