*Agreed* Sterility, then miscarriages, then ..., then IVF = precious pregnancy!! What makes this a precious pregnancy more than another one? If we act differently from one patient to another (being the same history), there is at least one case in which we don't do the right thing.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
