They are a reputable company but I have no clue as to the veracity of their product lines. If you contact them they will send you literature. They began by making progesterone suppositories and micronized natural progesterone as an alternative to other progestins. They also have natural hormonal formulations for oral administration complete with estimates of equivalency to premarin. The creams are newer and I have no way of determining what patients are actually getting. ... A little frightening if you ask me. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
