Woolley: "Re: 19 yr old with vaginismus" Thanks for everyones input on this case. I spoke with the young woman on the phone yesterday. Without her mother present, I asked her if she had any history of sexual abuse. She didn't remember anything... I then asked if there was anyone she knew she intensely disliked or was even afraid of... but wasn't sure why. She came up with a name immediately. Now perhaps we're on to something. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
