I tried over 20 searches and never found a doctor. You have to guess the state, city, and specialty before you get a match. I couldn't guess a combination that had a registered doctor. They will need to get the database populated a lot more for every speciality and location before it can be used by patients. They should add a browse capability so at least it is possible to see a few physician records.

We have a simple build your own medical practicioner web page on OBGYN.net now. We are "pitching" a greatly enhanced version of this to several pharmeceuticals for sponsoring. A pharceutical would happily pay $99 a year or more to be able to say they were the ones that made your praciticioner and clinic pages available on the Internet.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
