Geof has an intriguing idea. Myer is right that it may not go far enough. I have often remarked that it is simply a matter of getting everyone in the USA to not drink, smoke, overeat or underexercise, then "kill" all of the health care providers and dismantle all of the hardware that supports us. There might be some pockets of suffering, short term, but we would probably all be better off for the trade. (Unsure of whether to add a ;<) or not) Cliff Goodman

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
