It would seem that this patient's greater risk would be from c-section not labor. if she is not a diabetic, and not post-dates I'd probably let her labor (my apologies if this isn't the exact case but I deleted the original post). McRobert's manoever may help reach her cervix, but even if you can't check her she should eventually progress.
