I think we all have presumed you mean labia minora - if it is actually labia majora causing problems I suspect your patient should need to lose some weight!

We have had a few of these girls here. Just for reassurance, looking through notes (for another reason), I found one patient recently (wedge resection-reduction, labia minora) who had become pregnant with a date of conception calculated to be less than two weeks from her labial reduction. Not bad - obviously did the trick!
