In residency I had a patient whose labia majoria were so long they actually wrapped around and traveled along the shaft of her husband's penis with intercourse, and entered the vagina, causing dyspareunia. We trimmed the labia, with excellent results up to 6 month follow-up. My reputation did not survive so successfully, and thereafter I was called the Love Doctor. Think I'd rather have been called Dr. Lovely, but I suppose that title is inherited, not bestowed ;-)

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
