Query about low-grade endomterial stromal sarcoma

What are the therapeutic options available now ? More info needed. was a hysterectomy performed. desires for fertility? What is the definitive surgical treatment ? TAH resection of tumor What about adjuvant chemotherapy ? radiotherapy ? These tumors have extremely high progesterone receptors and respond very well to progestins. Should the ovaries be preserved ? controversial Is there are role for a lymphadenectomy ? to remove tumor What is the overall prognosis ? generally good they are low grade and respond to hormonal treatment
