The child born to the teen mom is probably already being raised by a grandmother or great-grandmother. And unlike many of those infants, this one undoubtedly wasn't exposed to street drugs and alcohol and was, I understand, breastfed after birth. This controversy isn't really about the needs of children.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
