It's truly wonderful that women who cannot concieve can be assisted in this effort. But for once, let's consider the child. This child will be caretaker long before junior high graduation and probably an orphan long before college. It doesn't matter to me whether it's the 63 year old mother or Tony Randall, these parents won't be parents for very long. And that's not fair.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
