I believe that they should be transfused prophylactically once in labor with Fresh Frozen Plasma or cryoprecipitate or somesuch; I just had one last year, and looked it up in Creasy and Resnik's book, as well as discussed it with the MFMs.

I'll try to check out the specifics and get back to you if the answer isn't already here when I get back on.
