MastodyniaFrom: Aaron M Mendel (amendel@juno.com)Sun Apr 27 21:39:50 1997
Any ideas re persistent breast pain. A 32 y.o G2 P2 presents with a 3 year history of left breast pain. pain is sharp, knife-like, waxes and wanes but never resolves completely. It started after her last delivery. She's been seen by a breast surgeon and had a negative mammogram and ultrasound in the past. She has become "decaffeinated" and is still in pain. No CA in family history. No masses in the tender area. So....ideas? thanks, Aaron Aaron Mendel M.D. Fallon Clinic Worcester MA

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
