Re: A case of cervical pregnancyFrom: HPGeorge@aol.comSun Apr 27 18:20:47 1997
Case of Cervical Pregnancy One can instill one mg of digoxin into the fetus or the sac under ultrasound to establish IUFD and then wait for the situation to declare itself. I have used this method with patients with huge obstructing fibroids that make a surgical approach to a first trimester abortion impossible. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
