You will have to perform a (D) & C. But the cervical prgnancy is rather hemorrhagic. Do an embolization of uterine +/- hypogastric arteries before your curettage, or get ready to have one done quickly. A good mean in case of hemorrhage is to use a big Foley cath in the cervix like a Blakemore in the esophagus.
