Re: >Repugnant ethics< thread Wooley/BelloFrom: rbraun@indyunix.iupui.eduWed Apr 23 12:58:56 1997
I htink a little perspective might help and I hope I can add it. Dr. Wooley is trying to live in a black and white world. Dr. Bello on the other hand is living in a real world of grays. That real world of grays is sexist, bigoted, and prejudioced when looked at from a black and white perspective because if it ain't white, it's black. In reality it's gray. This black or white mentality, not allowing for gray, is exactly what we see form the religious right in their approach to the world. Bob come joiun the real world and leave your ivory tower. The above is my own personal opinion based on observation of the world and this thread from its inception about hiring female obgyn's preferentially over males. Dan

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
