(Fwd) Endometrial carcinomaFrom: Dr Paul-Andre Latulippe (andrelat@ivic.qc.ca)Mon Apr 21 17:00:16 1997

In the two cases the diagnosis was made with directed biopsies during hysteroscopy: 1)Simple and complex endometrial hyperplasia with rare sites suspected of intramucous adenocarcinomatous transformation 2)endometrial adenocarcinomatous transformation You have to know that one of these patients was very fat (5"1" and 308 lbs) Question: In cancer stade 1A,G1 the peritoneal cytology and the study of the lymphatics nodes are they necessary? If you obtain a positive peritoneal cytology, will this change your therapeutic conduct? Thank you

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
