Re: Tamoxifen/long term follow upFrom: Edbello@aol.comWed Apr 16 17:27:56 1997
In a message dated 97-04-16 01:31:21 EDT, you write: << What do ya'll think? Should I stop the Megace? Continue to scan and/or biopsy? >> If her pathology reports were benign, I would stop the megace now. I would not follow her with ultrasound unless she had symptoms (bleeding), but if I were really concerned about pathology I would do an office hysteroscopic exam. I wonder what the Gyn-onco would do. Good luck! Edwin Bello M.D.,F.A.C.O.G. Private Practice Forest Park, Georgia Edbello@aol.com

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
