Sorry this is so far behind the string, but I just did a little office cleaning and found a couple of addresses for the folk who were hunting: GULogic (TM) (the clamp I use and am very happy with) AMZCO/USA 200 North Main Street Freeport, NY 11520 800 451 8107 Advanced Meditech International (harvested from one of those card packet solicitations) 86-20 Fifty-Third Avenue, Suite One Flushing, NY 11373 718 672 7150 It's been eight years since I bought my set, so I'm not certain there's anyone home there now, but have at it. The clamp comes in a set with a sharpened forcep (used much like iris scissors for "spreading dissection") that is used to open the skin and dissect down to the vas. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
