My thoughts are: if there is no real reason to remove them, leave them in situ. 2) if you feel you just have to meddle and remove them, h-scope them and curetted it out with small curette. starting at the non- extended portion. If it doesn't come ealily use the curetted to loosen the edges evnouth to remove it with the curetted or use a Baozeman.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
