A 36 y.o G2 P0 was referred to me at 16 weeks with a anterior cervical lesion. colposcopic exam showed a 1X1 cm lesion that looked like a condyloma. biopsy showed exophytic condyloma. now she's 36 weeks and the lesion is more prominent, pedunculated and about 1.5 cm long. I was planning to allow her to labor and either apply TCA or "Leep" the condyloma after her post-partum visit. I welcome any thoughts on either delivery mode or treatment options. thanks AMendel@juno.com
