List members,

I have moved all the articles posted today to OB-GYN-L on Vegas to the Vegas Live forum. Please use that forum in the future. That way all the messages collect in one place, and folks who are not interested in Vegas can choose to not participate. That will become more important as the end of April approaches and volume continues to climb.

This forum works exactly the same as OB-GYN-L except substitute VEGASLIVE for the list name. For example,

Post messages to: * vegaslive@obgyn.net *

The forum can be found at URL: http://forums.obgyn.net/forums/vegaslive/

The Vegas Live home page is at URL: http://www.obgyn.net/vegas.htm

If you wish to get e-mail for the forum you can join it by sending an e-mail to listproc@obgyn.net, leave the subject blank, and say:

SUBSCRIBE VEGASLIVE YourNameHere

Substitute in your name and optional title. If you wish to receive a once a day digest add:

SET VEGASLIVE MAIL DIGEST

Enjoy Bruce

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
