Dear Garry It is not quite a scientific comment, but I remember two university students with a third trimester pregnancies which had a fetal death after an exam. I'm sure stress complicates pregnancy, the matter is that we are not able to measure its impact.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
