This lady has had cancer ruled out quite effectively. If she has a cardiac arrest secondary to one of those "medical factors" and dies that would be very bad (Medically, Medico-Legally, and Humanely) The risk of that is a lot greater than the risk of her having cancer after your work up. I think evry member of this list would come and testify on your behalf, if you didn't do a D&C and she turned out to have cancer and themn sued you. A fair number would probably come and testify for her estate if you did the D & C and she died. -- @@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@ R. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
