Sounds like you have done a pretty thorough workup with your endometrial biopsy with the Novak curette and an endometrial stripe of 3.1mm on ultrasound which is relatively thin. IMHO you have already met the "standard of care" and have no real reason to proceed to D&C/hysteroscopy. Looking forward to the results of the procedure.
