When you prescribe Prozac for Luteal Phase Dysphoria (PMS) ; do you
recommend using it for the entire month or use during the 2 weeks of
post ovulation? I am getting mixed recommendations from my staff and
thought I'd throw the question out to you. Also do most of the pts
complain of sexual dysfunction as a side effect? (most of of my pt's
using it for depression do)

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA
