You could probably make a good argument for recommending hysterectomy and BSO to her in light of her family history (suggesting lynch family II?).

As a minimum based on the literature, I would suggest ca125 and transvaginal US at least yearly when ca-125 in normal range and every 6 months if rising.

Keep in mind false positives seen with endometriosis, leiomyoma, liver problems etc.

of 7-10% and 2 members increase the risk to 50%.
