Jane: Search finds 5 articles, one is from 1994, and from your institution. That one describes 7 cases and even reports a new method of treatment for second trimester uterine incarceration. Unfortunately I only have the abstract, and it does not describe the treatment. The reference follows. If you want the other articles, I would happily eMail them.
