[Fwd: HRT and Malignant melanoma]From: Onnig Tamizian (abf48@dial.pipex.com)Fri Mar 21 16:06:20 1997

In particular this refers to a 48 year old lady who had a malignant melanoma removed from her leg 16-17 years ago and required no further treatment. She had had a mole on her leg for years but noticed changes soon (months) after starting the COCP and therefore is now dubious about HRT (at present she is perimenopausal). Thanks for your help! Onnig. *********************************************************************** Dr Onnig Tamizian, Senior SHO, Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham NG7 2UH,. UK.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
