any literature with regards to:

a) clinical applications of 1st trimester ut art doppler. b) management of women with previous pregnancies complicated by maternal floor infarction.

i realize that we all periodically fly by the seat of our pants by am wondering if this case is yet another example of divine rather than medical intervention.
