Please see portions of forwarded messages below. Calcitonin, estrogen, AND bisphosphonates (alendrolate and etidronate) all interfere with osteoclast function, and do so by somewhat different mechanisms. The data is minimal on what combining any of them will do. (please see very recent post on article from AJM which is the only thing I could find on combination therapy)

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
