As I recall a few patients became hypotensive and suffered an injury in a fall therefrom. I recall something like this in the NEJM, perhaps the Letters section. Then, the FDA and some academic OBs decided breast engorgement wasn't a life threatenng problem so they recommended the use of bromocriptine for lactation suppression be discontinued and voila.
