Re: FeticideFrom: Pollard, Jeffrey (Jeffrey.Pollard@CRHA-Health.Ab.Ca)Fri Jan 31 18:09:15 1997
Most of these infants are immature as well as damaged and deliver stillborn, or die within a few hours of birth. Linda Morrison-Boczar, M.D., MBA, FACOG Thank you. Sorry if I was unclear. I meant to ask about what list users choose when a liveborn is not acceptable during medical termination, or for compassionate reasons at 18+ wks with a surgical termination. I am familiar with delivery/termination methods/results without specific fetal treatment. Jeff Jeffrey K. Pollard, M.D.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
