Her POB Hx reveals a previous cesarean delivery (Munro-Kerr incision) {That is low transverse for those eponymically challenged members of the list.} at term for Transverse Lie in labor. The baby weighed 4010 Gm. At all visits where fetal position was determined, this baby was vertex including one week ago. Now at 39 weeks 6 days, the baby is transverse lie, back down, head on left. EFW 4000 Gm. The mother weighs 225 pounds. Now, what ya gonna do, Verne ?????

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
