I have a patient 28 YO, no medical history, Ipara, 37 weeks amenorrhea. Baby with a 7 cm cystic lymphangioma of the neck. No blood vessels at the Döppler. Normal growth & welfare, cephalic.

Any ideas for the delivery route.
